What counts as a “written post”?
Every caption Publiextra writes for you, in one or two languages. A “new version” of a post also counts. Your own manual edits never do.
What happens if I hit my limit?
Nothing is lost: you can keep editing, approving and downloading your posts. New posts start again on the 1st of the month, or right away if you move to a bigger plan.
How do I pay?
By credit card, securely through Stripe. Publiextra never sees your card number. You get an invoice every month.
Are taxes included?
No, prices are in Canadian dollars, before GST and QST.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime, online. The change is prorated.
How do I cancel?
Online, in two clicks, without calling anyone. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month, then your account goes back to the free trial.
